The Mexican dining scene in Los Angeles is a force in and of itself, and you can try it right here in New York thanks to Lupe's East L. Amaranto in Bushwick, Brooklyn. It has a very informal atmosphere, but don't be fooled, this small, one-room, open-design place has some of the best Mexican dishes Brooklyn has to offer.
